Purpose of our Research

We are focused on understanding more about how onboarding and exit processes are managed in organisations. We want to understand current trends, processes, benefits, and expectations to form best-practice guidance during these events in the employee lifecycle.  

Completing the Survey

The survey will take approximately 5 – 10 minutes to complete.

When responding, please keep in mind your current role. If you are currently unemployed, please keep in mind the most recent role you were in. The first half of this survey asks about onboarding surveys, and the second half of the survey deals with exit surveys.

Confidentiality

Confidentiality will be ensured for the purposes of this survey. Data will be collected and analysed anonymously and will be aggregated into group level for reporting. No personal or identifying information will be collected in this survey, accessible via generic survey link only. Data will be stored securely by Chandler Macleod People Insights. 

Participation

Participation in this survey is completely voluntary, you may withdraw at any time. Your honest responses are greatly appreciated.
